  • Abstract
The change of working conditions greatly affects product´s reliability. Traditional reliability evaluation methods usually presuppose that a product works under constant conditions while the truth is they are changeable. Thus traditional methods are not appropriate. Beginning with an analysis of the design and manufacture processes of electronic products, a model of products´ environment-adaptability based on the specimen data was provided. Besides, in combination with the model of environmental conditions, a set of methods to evaluate their reliability under changeable conditions was proposed. The practical application shows both the models and the evaluation methods are brief, feasible and worthy of employing and spreading.
