Abstract :
A portable parameter monitoring and analysis system for physiological studies for assisting patient-centric health care management is developed. The system uses network approach to acquire the data from sensors and transmit the data on to a server through wireless means. The system automates the acquisition of physiological parameters by continuous display on the monitor screen. The programming is done using software to display traces and data in real time on a standard PC.
