Abstract :
POF-PLUS is a EU project pertaining to the 7th framework program with the aim of developing high-speed communication systems based of PMMA optical fibers for home networking and data centers. In this paper we report the results of the tasks focused on 1 Gbit/s communications for home environment after two years of the project.
