Abstract :
As we all know, innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for social progress and technological development. For higher education carrying train qualified person to meet the social demand, an important task it must face is innovation education. This paper has determined the capacity of research and innovation through 15 universities investigation, they are learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability. With the help of AHP to build evaluation model of college students´ ability to innovate, and to determine the weight of each indicator, and on this basis, the paper pointed out the universities need to establish a social demand, build practice platform, developed to enhance research and innovation capacity of university students new initiatives.
