Research on China´s environmental policy implementation innovation under the ecological civilization´s perspective

Environmental policy implementation is an important part of environmental protection and the realization of the ecological civilization depends on the effective environmental policy implementation. However, some problems exist, such as the poor environmental protection awareness of government and citizens, poor executive means and so on. Therefore, this paper, based on ecological theory, tends to innovate the environmental policy implementation, which contains the following aspects, strengthening government awareness of environmental responsibility, the implementation of ecological economy, specifying the responsibility of the central and local for environmental policy implementation, enhancing enforcement of environmental regulations, promoting flexible law enforcement, raising public environmental awareness, and broadening public participation means.
