Abstract
In order to cope with the energy supply constraints and global climate change, all countries in the world are developing the low carbon economy. City or city circle plays an important role in economic system regarding to industrial production, energy consumption and carbon emissions. Wuhan city circles, as the “strong point” for the rise of the central china, establishes low carbon development pattern. Analysis on the path of low carbon development will activate and lead the development of the central region.
