Research and implementation of highly-efficient anonymous electronic voting scheme based on ring signature and blind signature

A highly-efficient anonymous electronic voting scheme is proposed based on the combination of ring signature and blind signature. The scheme solves the problem of voters´ identity divulges caused by excessive right from management institution or registration institution. The anonymity of voters´ identity and the abstention problem can be guaranteed unconditionally. Also, the scheme guarantees the secrecy and fairness and improves the efficiency of vote process by chain ring signature technology.
