Abstract :
We present flexible, lightweight moth eye structures with highly transparent optical properties. The tapered nanostructures are fabricated on the silicon substrate and replicated by using soft polymeric materials. Theoretical modeling based on RCWA supports design guidelines for flexible moth eye structures.
