Technical session on electric vehicles across borders

Electric and hybrid vehicles are being developed in every part of Europe, with relatively incompatible demonstration programmes being run, together with related infrastructure installed in many major European cities. For the end user to buy into low carbon transport on a long term basis, the ability to use it seamlessly across borders as we do with current petrol/diesel vehicles must be considered. This will require transparent cross border technical & business standards and implementation.
