  • Abstract
    The increased availability and power of scientific visualization tools has made it possible to construct useful tools for examining complex physical phenomena. This paper illustrates how such visualization tools can be used to examine the influence that geometrical shape and material characteristics can have on the distribution or magnetic flux in some example ferrite cores. The authors discuss flux distribution in toroids, RM10 core modelling, volume visualisation, and dimensional resonance
