Abstract :
In this paper, the 600000 tons of coal to methanol simulation training system was taken as an example, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the coal chemical industry cold state semi-entity simulation training system, and describes the system architecture and communication mode of the simulation training system in detail. Highlight the communication mechanism, The function of the realization of the interface drive, and the specific design and implementation between the model simulation systems and the DCS control station. This simulation training system is very similar with the one used in the enterprise of coal chemical production in the chemical mechanism, process and experimental equipment and the DCS control mode. For this reason, this simulation training system will be more intuitive, more real, and make it more rapid and efficient.
