Abstract
The paper introduces a intelligent equipment, which can inject fertilizing and control fertilizing quantity when irrigating crop with irrigation drip belt. The pipes of the machine can link fleetly with greenhouse with quick fitting,so it is mobile to use to different greenhouse and fit to so many different kind of fertilizing, also fit to many flowers and vegetable fertilizing and different developed period of the them. The machine is composed of three parts,including mechanism, control system and pipe parts. The mechanism has shock absorption trundle,fertilizing canister, handle etc.. Control system use the singlechip as its CPU,which has ten channels used to set electromagnetic value opening time and closing time. Compared with set numerical value, if the quantity is equal to it,control system will close the pipe valve. Fertilizing consistence can be adjusted by piston pump in the manual way. The machine tested by Rhodamine fluorescence agents shows a good uniformity of consistency and precise concentration of control. The control system has a performance of high reliability and low-cost.
