Abstract :
Urban traffic tunnel is a new and effective urban transport mode. The operation managerial experience about urban traffic tunnel is deficient. According to the needs of urban traffic, this paper studied the structure of urban traffic tunnel and designed the safety evaluation index system of urban traffic tunnel. The safety evaluation index system considered the influence of pedestrian, vehicle, traffic management and tunnel infrastructure to traffic safety. And on that basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analytic hierarchy process and the evaluation index system, this paper designed a safety evaluation method of urban traffic tunnel. Differ from other Single factor evaluation methods, this evaluation method can take many factors relate to traffic safety into account and analyze the traffic safe condition as a whole. Depending on relevant statistical data, we can get the safety level and find security risk of urban traffic tunnel by this method. The evaluate result of an example show that this method is practical and effective.
