Abstract
We present and compare four modes of PDM control: regular, non-regular, calculated and compared PDM. In the regular PDM, the PDM pattern determination considers only the transmitted power. In the non-regular PDM, the PDM pattern determination considers the transmitted power and the minimization of the subharmonics of the resonance frequency. The calculated PDM considers the transmitted power and the quality of the AC-supply current. The compared PDM is a simplified version of the calculated PDM and easy to implement.
