Abstract :
In this paper, we deal with the problem of non-fragile observer-based Hinfin output feedback controller design method for singular systems with controller and observer gain variations. The existence condition of observer-based non-fragile Hinfin controller and the controller design method are presented on the basis of linear matrix inequality approach. The proposed non-fragile observer-based Hinfin controller guarantees asymptotic stability, non-fragility, and Hinfin norm bound in spite of existence of disturbance and controller/observer gain variations
