A country or the area may formulate the corresponding industrial policy according to the change tendency of industrial structure, In order to achieve the goal of adjusting and controlling the industrial structure efficiently. The change tendency of industrial structure can be analyzed from the angle of industrial relationship. The paper analyzed the industrial relationship characteristic by calculating the sensitivity coefficient, influence coefficient, production induction coefficient and demand dependency degree coefficient of seventeen industrial department, and the results can be used as policy-making reference for all levels of the government to make adjusting and optimization countermeasure of industrial structure.
