  • Abstract
    A simulation model based on the concept of System Dynamics was constructed as an analytical tool to investigate the demand of human resources in Korean fusion society. It can be summarized that human resources of Ph.D. in Physics are needed before construction period but engineers of BA are needed after construction start.
