Abstract :
After the description of electromagnetic wave tool, the equations that convert phase difference and amplitude ratio into apparent resistivities are given. The influence of circumstance on the response of the electromagnetic wave tool in the inhomogeneous media is elaborate analyzed. The influence factors include the fluid medium, the invaded zone, and the surrounding media.
