  • Abstract
    The prediction of bicycle flow is important in intelligent transportation systems in China. This research aimed at using double-layers BP neural network to predict bicycle flow of Jingshi Road in Jinan City. The results of the computer simulation showed that the method was applicable, and the average relative tolerance was 4.65%. The double-layers BP neural network can be used to forecast bicycle flow.
