Abstract
We developed a precise optical interferometric technique using photodiode arrays to detect spatial interferometric fringes generated by crossing optical paths of reference and probe beams. We found out that optimizing beam width guaranteed the accuracy of measurement results for wavelengths >300 nm and signal dynamics >30 dB in simulations. We also developed a coherent optical network analyzer based on this technique, and demonstrated its usefulness
