  • Abstract
Organic solar cells of Al / P3HT / PEDOT: PSS / Indium tin oxide (ITO)/ substrate with different substrates were fabricated and characterized. The most effective efficacy of organic solar-cell on borosilicate substrate with parameters was improved, which yields an open-circuit voltage of 0.778V, a short-circuit current of 3.37E-07, a fill factor of 12.7% and a power conversion efficiency of 1.34E-04% under the AM 1.5G illumination of 100 mW/cm2. Its efficiency increased up to decuple than organic solar-cell on silicate substrate.
