Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The e-Democracy has great significance on democratic political development of china. According to the latest data of “the 26th China Internet Development Statistics Report”, the paper pointed out its positive impact on citizen´ political participation, and analyzed the factors that hinder the e-Democracy development of China. Then it proposed some advices to promote the development of e-Democracy and political participation.
