Abstract :
We propose a novel optical-switch configuration for intra-datacenter interconnection that consists of tunable lasers, non-cyclic AWGs, and combinations of small-size optical switches and couplers. We develop an 800×800 switch prototype and its good performance and scalability are verified by experiments.
