Abstract :
The paper presents a new simple and robust algorithm for determining the transition time instants between adjacent linear regions in the time domain analysis of piecewise-linear (PWL) circuits. The algorithm is based on appropriate PWL functions versus time, bounding lower and upper voltages and currents controlling the PWL elements
