Packetised stream formats for the SDTI

With the imminent release of the serial data transport interface (SDTI) as an SMPTE standard, there is now the possibility of establishing a number of packetised formats for broadcast use. The SDTI provides only a transport layer and does not define the format of the signals carried; that is the subject of the next higher layer-SDTI formats.
