  • Abstract
Cooperative communication is becoming an increasingly important issue in the underwater acoustic networks (UAN). However, existing cooperative scheme generally do not take into account the node mobility which cannot be used for the mobile UAN. A cooperative power and frequency joint allocation AF (amplify-and-forward) scheme based on game theory is proposed for mobile UAN. At first, one mobile UAN framework is constructed which is peer-to-peer network. Then, the power and frequency joint allocation scheme is deduced according to the relationship among source node, intermediate node and destination node. The simulation results show that our proposal can effectively and efficiently allocate the power and frequency source matching the mobile UAN and the proposed solution can improve the total SNR gains of mobile UAN and reduce the power dissipation contrast to the scheme of power cooperation alone.
