Abstract :
Because of possible wide spread utilization of watermarking techniques, the techniques itself and its resistance to filtering and geometrical attacks have been researched widely. But, few papers discuss the anti-noise performance of watermarking techniques. A new watermarking method based on multi-level Discrete Cosine Transform (MDCT) is proposed in this paper. The Lena image added different level noise is used as experimental object. The experimental results show that this method can provides much better performance of anti-noise than the method based on DCT, as may the property of centralizing energy of DCT is fully exploited.
