Abstract :
In process-centric enterprise system implementation, a system process model is used by IT team to conduct system development and configuration plans. On the other hand, Business process model is used by business team for business process analyzing and redesigning. The fundamental target of enterprise system is to meet business requirements, therefore it´s critical to make the system process model and business process model consistent. This paper presents a solution, WISE-BPM, to synchronize business process model and system process model bi-directionally in enterprise system implementation initiatives based on process model transformation. Through closing the gap between enterprise business design to IT system development and implementation plans, WISE-BPM decreases the risk that the IT system can´t reflect business operations, and enables full life-cycle of process-centric enterprise system implementation.
