Abstract
The systems sub-theme (SYS ST) in the Yaoyorozu Project has tried to develop a method for designing the ubiquitous information society. Scenario-based analysis is used for fostering socio-economic discussions and in-depth understanding among various specialized groups. The SYS ST has also developed modeling technologies related to these scenarios. They are information filtering, network optimization, multi-agent simulation, and human-machine cooperative controlling. This paper summarizes the future scenarios and modeling technologies that the SYS ST has studied.
