Abstract
A new switched capacitor (SC) realization of the Hou-Kayshap associative memory is proposed. Existing simulation networks use current summation to achieve the summation effect. Here, this effect is obtained by employing voltage summation using passive SC three-ports and low-gain voltage buffers. Thus, the structure is capable of operating at high speed
