Abstract :
We developed a high response pneumatic servo valve for a pneumatic precise positioning system. This valve is not affected by friction force by an air bearing and has a high-resolution position sensor to accurately control position. We analyzed characteristics of this valve and the designed controller. The characteristic experiment was done to confirm the effectiveness of the designed controller.
