This paper compared the outsourcing competitive force of Jiangsu province and Guangdong province by emloying Porter´s Diamond Model from 6 aspects: production factors, demand conditions, related and supportive industries, enterprises´ strategies, structures and competition conditions, opportunities and government. The discovery is that there are a lot of shortcomings in the outsourcing service industry of Guangdong province, such as, the shortage of outsourcing high-end talents, the small scale of enterprises, the lack of competitive enterprises and so on. With the base of experience of the development of outsourcing service in Jiangsu province and the outsourcing service conditions in Guangdong province, we proposed strategic suggestions on how to improve the competitive force of outsourcing service in Guangdong province.
