Abstract
Increasing network reliability and reducing the fault tolerance of Media Oriented System Transport (MOST) network which has been adopted by major car maker such as BMW, AUDI, as in-vehicle backbone network has to be employed the full duplexing configuration. In this paper, proposed MOST network system is applied to two communication ports which enable to provide redundant path. Thus proposed system can avoid shut network down when network breaking problem is occurred. In this paper, it is an aim to present platform implementation based on the dual SRAM-Media Local Bus (MediaLB) in order to support the full duplexing communication mode in vehicular network system.
