Abstract

The authors analyze the problem of their country´s shipping enterprises and consider operations, management and decision-making. They discuss practical problems such as shipping enterprise management and decision making, shipping investment, vessel update, trampers, liner handling, inland industry, linking the general characteristics of shipping enterprises by analyzing the practical problem caused by production, technique, and layout, in the course of decision making. The paper realized DSS aided decision making of shipping enterprise operation and development
