  • Abstract
The innovation ability of organization is notable positive correlated with knowledge stock. That is to say, the more the knowledge stocks are, the stronger the innovation ability. For each organization, the accumulations of knowledge stock are not only from self-learning, but also from social-learning which means knowledge diffusion. Therefore, firstly, the network structure of social-learning is analyzed. Secondly, the knowledge accumulation model is constructed based on self-learning, social-learning and knowledge depreciation. Thirdly, a simulation analysis is made on the effect of knowledge diffusion on the innovation ability of organization with the index of average knowledge stock (AK) and deviation level of knowledge stock (DK). The results indicate that: (1) the knowledge diffusion can effectively improve the innovation ability of organization, especially when the self-learning ability is low and with the increasing of knowledge depreciation.(2)The knowledge diffusion will make differentiations of innovation ability among these organizations and leads to clusters with different innovation ability.
