Abstract :
This paper briefly describes Dominion´s use of pseudo-measurements for the enhancement of its state estimator solution. Beyond providing a basic definition of pseudo-measurements and their usefulness, this paper highlights the specific integration of pseudo-measurements into Dominion´s EMS platform. The paper concludes with a brief caution on the use of pseudo-measurements and highlights possible areas for further integration and treatment of pseudo-measurements.
