Abstract :
Throughout some last years, the development of Internet and its significance in daily life has undoubtedly increased. This also means that such branch like e -learning had also noticed a huge jump forward. The market of e-learning nowadays is valued in billions of Euro so it simply cannot be underestimated. Probably more and more universities will open their own distance learning courses. Even now there are some learning units like an ¿Open University¿ in United Kingdom where all the courses are the distance one and the only moments were students meet are the final assessments. This type will not substitute normal learning process, however e-learning is a branch which should be considered seriously. An example of a Java programming language course, is presented. It has been prepared for the people with no or very small programming knowledge. Java - a still developing language might be a graceful example to be implemented in many e-learning ideas. Main part of a project is a web service developed for interactive learning process, designed with an agreement of Model View Control and divided into two - user and administrator parts.
