With the rapid development of social economy, enterprise alliance becomes a new trend in the development of enterprises. Knowledge sharing pattern in enterprise alliance directly determines alliance´s integrated characteristics. Usually, there may appear uncertainty in the knowledge sharing of enterprise alliance. This paper analysis the sources of uncertainty, and classified the uncertainty as concrete types according to the degree of knowledge sharing, and analysis the algorithm of evaluating uncertainty later. Finally, it gave some measures to eliminate the uncertainty of knowledge sharing in enterprise alliance.
