  • Abstract
    This paper presents an overview of low-cost advanced SiGe based BiCMOS technologies for future RF, Microwave and THz applications. Illustrative design examples ranging from elite passives, Slow-Wave On-Chip and On-Package integrated antennas for mm-Wave applications, to Schottky diodes demonstrating supra THz performances are presented.
