China´s export trade and economical development have been influenced considerably, because the facts that the widespread of the global financial crisis makes the fire of trade protectionism burnt again, with the characteristic of various complications. The blue trade barrier is a sort of new form of trade protection. This article mainly focuses on the generation and effort. In addition, preventive solutions and political suggestions will be proposed from the view of industry development in China.
