Abstract
Power Distribution Company is obliged to distribute to customers electricity of required quality according to the EN 50160 standard. When we are talking about measuring and billing of electricity, we have to pay attention to the type of measuring device, and conditions in which measuring is conducted. Electro mechanical meters and electronic meters are exposed to working conditions every day in which these devices do not behave correctly enough, and are not immune to the impacts generated by different devices. In order to obtain practical results we have carried out the measurements and analyzed results in harmonics environment, in case when power electronic devices are present. These results are presented in this paper and we point out the necessity of conducting measuring in harmonics environment. We give another example of negative impact, expressed as audio interference.
