  • Abstract
    This paper presents a time domain analysis for weakly pulsed coupled neural networks. The network is based upon an integrate-and-fire neuron model with an added window function. This function controls the period of time in which the neuron is susceptible to pulses arriving from other neurons. Based on the proposed model and the time analysis a recording algorithm is provided. The algorithm stores data in the form of synchronization of the neuron spiking. The time analysis is used to construct a recording algorithm using linear programming. The recording algorithm stores information in the form of spiking synchronization of the neurons that have an external input of one. The algorithm calculates the interconnection delays only while keeping the interconnection weights fixed to the same value
