After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In this paper, the chaos characteristic of the time sequence of the traffic of telecom industry is analyzed through the Phase Space Reconstruction Technique (PSRT) and correlation dimension method. Firstly, the data on some fixed time delay points is processed as new dimension data, forming a new phase space. Then the extent of the chaos of the system is estimated through the correlation dimension which is solved by G-P algorithm and correlation function. The correction dimension which is not greater than 3 we solved indicates that the telecommunication industry is a low-dimensional chaos system which has fractal feature.
