  • Abstract
    SHAONET (Shanghai All Optical Network Testbed), the first WDM all optical network testbed in China, is a metropolitan self-healing ring. This paper compares the self-healing mechanisms and presents the realization of the fast self-healing mechanism used in SHAONET.
