Abstract
The aim of this article is to describe current approaches of data acquisition about logistic processes and then recommend way for acquiring parameters for the control of a distribution system using a universal simulation model in Witness environment. The selected theoretical approaches to the analysis of the process and the acquisition of required values for the universal simulation model from measurements in practice is described. A simulation model verifies a theoretical method for optimization and the further analysis of the process.
