The project comprehensive risk evaluation method is to consider each kind of project target risks at the same time, and carry out risk balance and optimization to decide a scheme which comprehensive risk valuation value is the least. The whole level valuation of multi-target risks is a research direction of comprehensive risk evaluation methods in the future, the paper discusses the application of the lifecycle comprehensive risk evaluation methods for real estate projects based on fuzzy comprehensive estimation, which would be beneficial to perfect the practice of lifecycle comprehensive risk evaluation for real estate projects.
