As the development of IT education, the IT enterprises which are in great need of IT professionals however couldn´t recruit satisfying employees, this leads to the dilemma of the professional IT education in the higher vocational universities who focus on the job-oriented vocational education. In this essay, author believes that a deep amalgamation of the professional IT education in vocational university and the IT enterprises is necessary, we must analyse the IT enterprises, allocate explicitly the cultivation system in vocational universities and endeavor to make a “win-win” policy in order to stimulate the integration between the enterprises and the universities. promote the interactive development of IT enterprise with IT vocational college education.
