Abstract
The paper deals with some ideas of the current trends in home rehabilitation - rehabilitation robotics and wearable sensors. In the first section, introduction and motivation for research is described, followed by second section where robotic devices for upper limbs rehabilitation are introduced as well as short description of exoskeleton based robot for such purposes. Third section introduces MEMS sensors and its connection with wearable sensors as well as home rehabilitation.
