The implementation of small towns and rural urbanization is to eliminate the unbalanced development in urban and rural areas, different regional and industrial. Current main problems in the process of small towns and rural urbanization are urbanization lag, poor living conditions, backward level of productivity, serious environmental damage. The technical path to solve these problems is to increase to use clean technology. Specific measures are to take some viable clean technology in small urban and rural housing, living and product. This is not only conducive to a low carbon economy, but also conducive to sustainable urban development.
