Abstract :
As we all know, there´re lots of bioinformatics softwares for protein structure prediction using the PDB bank for protein 3D-structure date sources, which are given by normal protein folding rule. However, proteins like Prion and Alzheimer factors come with misfolding rule. Such phenomenon appears that there´s no way to analyze the structures of such proteins with existing method so far. To conquer the difficulty, we use the method that aggregates many steps of bioinformatics from sequence alignment to structure prediction and acknowledgements of molecular biology for the research on misfolding prion protein.
